Join Spirit Food, a five-course Indigenous culinary journey by Mirritya Mundya. This unique dining experience showcases seasonal native ingredients such as pepperberry, native ginger, smoked gum leaf, bush mint, lilli pilli, davidson plum, and bush tomato, alongside proteins like emu, kangaroo, local mussels, and baby snapper. Each course tantalises your taste buds with flavors rooted in the land’s rich heritage.

Throughout the evening, Wandiwandian, Walbunja, and Djirringanj descendant Dwayne Bannon-Harrison offers cultural insights, interpreting each course and highlighting the significance of native ingredients. This blend of culture and cuisine creates an immersive experience that connects food with ancient traditions.

Mirritya Mundya acknowledges and pays respect to the Gumea and Wadi Wadi-Dharawal People, the traditional custodians of the land where this event is held.
