It’s a 60s/70s beach house that’s been renovated, rejuvenated and updated with cool furniture and fittings from the period; Eames, Parker and Chiswell.

Opposite Collingwood beach and just a few minutes walk to the local shopping village, this two storey house has views of Jervis Bay. Large full length windows and sliding glass doors throughout allow refreshing bay breezes to keep the place airy and cool.

They kept as many of the original features as they could, polished the wood floors, installed some funky lighting and built an outdoor barbecue area. It’s a very spacious entertaining pad, perfect for a beach holiday with family and friends or a romantic getaway.

The house has four bedrooms, three with queen size beds and a kids bedroom with double bunks. Each bedroom has a fan and smoke alarms are fitted on both floors. There are large open plan living areas upstairs and downstairs. The first floor living area is a breezy space to relax, flowing to a large balcony with views. Spacious designer couches, a retro bar and the latest in electronic entertainment, a 60” television and Sonos sound system, complete the picture.
